“During my stay, I was impressed with the variety of dining options available. The restaurants offered a good range of cuisines from Italian to Japanese. The first evening was a bit off at the main restaurant, but once I discovered the poolside eatery, the food was fantastic. One of the highlights was our experience at the Italian a la carte restaurant. Rauly's attentive service and the very nice atmosphere made our meal truly nice. I had a two-week stay at the hotel, and overall it was a good experience with some highlights and a few letdowns. The hotel grounds were lovely, and I enjoyed the clean, comfortable room with a nice oceanfront view. However, the dining options, especially the a la carte restaurants, left a lot to be desired. While the buffet had its moments, I found the options a bit limited at times.

My room was bright and clean with a great oceanfront view. However, I found the lack of dresser space and the location of the fridge and safe a bit inconvenient. Although the porch leading to the beach was a nice touch, the noise from nearby entertainment lingered, making it less than ideal at times.

The service was a mixed bag. Some staff members were really helpful and accommodating, but there were instances where things could have been improved, such as the need to call for basic items like towels and water.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, allowing easy access to the marina, Walmart, and other attractions in Puerto Vallarta. Public transportation is nearby, which is a plus. However, the elevators can get busy during peak times.
